This item is visually graded:

This item has 3 flaws - This is how I received it..


Flaw 1) 1/2 inch tear in PVC both sides. The small tears in the PVC sleeve  are located 1/2 way up the PVC sleeve. The small slits are not visible in the scanned pictures. 

Flaw 2) Gummed residue on side 2 of the sealed overlay evident in scan of side 2

Flaw 3) Scotch tape or cello tape removal from around the top dead center of the PVC sleeve or, if you like, one inch to the right of the overlay label from side view of 'A' side. Overlay label is fine, not ripped or tor, it in intact.

So:

The PVC sleeve has issues as described. The 40th Anniversary overlay seal is unbroken.

The vinyl has never exited the PVC sleeve.


Again this is a visual grading, the pics you are viewing are the actual item from my scanner.
