 Limited edition Stamp Art Souvenir Folder issued by Royal Mail on 14th March 2017 in celebration and commemoration of David Bowie.

Pre-order sales were limited to UK sales only.

Souvenir folder contains:

Decorated folder depicting David Bowie on the front, the six featured album sleeves and a chronological list of Bowie’s studio albums on the inner, and the reverse of the six featured album sleeves on the back of the folder.

Album Art Fan Sheet incorporating the six stamps released on 14th March 2017.

Six individual A4 prints of the stamps of the featured albums.

Certificate of Authenticity. 

The Fan Sheet is numbered 1744 in the edition limit of 2500. 

Folder has been opened to check the condition of the contents, photographed, and replaced. 

I did originally buy this item as I am a fan of Bowie and it was a birthday present to myself. The folder was returned to Royal Mail in March on the day of delivery (my birthday) as it arrived damaged. After two months, Royal Mail have eventually sent a replacement which, although is much less damaged than the first folder I received, it has unfortunately also arrived with slight damage as shown in the photos. The two months of chasing up this item has meant it has lost its sparkle and meaning for me and I have decided to sell. Please see photos for the damage to the corner and the spine.

Combined with the Stamp Art Folder I have included the David Bowie ‘Berlin Years’ limited edition Souvenir Cover.

First Day Cover remembering the albums ‘Low’, ‘Heroes’, and ‘Lodger’, that have become known as the ‘Berlin Trilogy’.

Item incorporates a Certificate of Authenticity, number 2295 from an edition limit of 3000.

Item is in immaculate condition.
