David Bowie, "SPECIAL" - 1976, Japan, 2xLP vinyl, compilation import - RARE - EXCELLENT Condition
RCA - SRA-9503-04
Condition is used.
Excellent condition considering it is 44 year old. There are some minor visible marks on the vinyl but when running a playback test there were no jumps and only minimal background noise (mainly between tracks or during quiet sections of tracks).
Sleeve is also in NEAR MINT condition - see photos and more detail, below.
Original OBI strip is NOT included.
This is a reissue of the 1973 "Best Deluxe" Japan 2xLP with new artwork, and is one in a series of "Big Artist Golden Specials". Gatefold sleeve includes tracklisting in Japanese as primary language as well as English (smaller type). Left side of inner gatefold includes Japanese text which is (I think!) biographical in nature. This is then continued on side 1 of a separate loose sheet (see photos). The right side of inner gatefold includes lyrics to every tack on the album - this is a continuation of the lyrics on side 2 of the loose sheet. Two short tears on the loose sheet - see photo. Loose sheet also has some crease marks but no fold marks. The actual gatefold sleeve (both inner and outer) are in exceptional, as close to mint as you can get, condition. Vinyl plays superbly.
