I have always removed all my 45 records from the picture sleeve and housed the sleeve in protector poly sleeves and the vinyl in its own VRP protector sleeve to avoid damage and protect the vinyl. The sleeve and vinyl are separated and that is how it is shipped to you well protected. (Please see pics)

Visual Grading:

The Textured Picture sleeve looks VG+, ring wear, spots and marks

The Blue Philips GEMA Labels are VG+, vivid blue, nice sharp silver printing, wol 'A' side in pencil 1969

The vinyl looks VG+, hairline scratches both sides of disc, mostly on side B
