Description
For sale is David Bowie's Space Oddity, released in 1972 by RCA Records in the US. In the dead wax between the label and the last track are the matrix numbers A-1L/B-1E, indicating that an early stamper was used to make this first edition, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound quality. It comes with the original insert, a rare Bowie poster, which is Near Mint. I bought this new, professionally cleaned it on my HW-17 and immediately put it in a protective inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve and insert that came with the release. The inner sleeve is Excellent with some wrinkles. The cover is graded as VG+ because of ring wear, shelf rubs and stress cracks along the spine. The spine has a little color loss. The vinyl is visually graded as Excellent because of some sleeve marks, but I would play grade it closer to Near Mint. This still one of the best copies of this record that I have ever seen or heard. This is a classic album and would make a great addition to anyone's collection. I have more Rock and Roll records, as well as albums of all genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look.
