Description
This is part of the first batch of my albums that I am listing. I have had them in my private collection for over 40 years. They have not been played in about 25-30 years! Most of them were only played a few times and I always took excellent care of my records. During the mid-70s to mid-80s, I worked in interesting record shops, so these are all original albums that I bought back then.
Obviously, most all of these records are in near mint condition and some are first pressings (as well as a lot of imports) that may be rare and collectible, but rather than start with high reserves I've decided to list most of them at a low starting price. I hope that will get some interest going.

David Bowie "Space Oddity/Ashes to Ashes" RCA white label PROMO, not for sale 1980, DJL1-3795 12" EP Promotional-only single that contains a segue of 'Space Oddity' into an edited version of 'Ashes to Ashes' as a sort of continuing story of the fictional character "Major Tom".
"Ashes to Ashes" appears prominently on the bottom of the picture sleeve as the title for this release.
On the cover are these additional descriptions:
"The continuing story of MAJOR TOM. Space Oddity segued into Ashes To Ashes."
