An original 1st press of STS on the USA RCA label. Please note the LP comes with those original tan labels and without any producer credits. The vinyl comes housed in an original USA printed cover and inner sleeve. So, 100% complete and 100% genuine.
Vinyl (Ex+) Wowzers a truly super looking slab of vinyl and has clearly seen only the very lightest of use. Under close inspection we could only make out a couple of very light marks either side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT+ level of playback. Do not underestimate the audio quality on this copy - it is absolutely top-draw. Intros and inbetweens are silent and the audio comes across with perfect clarity. I'm really struggling to make out any interference at all. I'll just quote the usual catch all - a couple of crackles in a couple of isolated moments. It really is as clean a player as I've ever heard. What a BOWIE CLASSIC...FINAL UPGRADE.
Cover (Ex+) One of the reasons that this cover is looking quite this sweet is that I've only just taken the original cellophane wrapper off [ it wasn't totally sealed -- but was supremely well preserved as a result of this]. Have you ever seen STS looking this white and pristine..? I know I haven't. I almost feel guilty touching it! It is pretty much immaculate. No surface wear, ageing, or markings back and front. Edge wear is practically non-existent. The spine is 100% intact..like the day it was printed. How many copies can there be in this condition...? Overall the cover retains perfect rigidity. FINAL UPGRADE.
Inner (Ex-) The only minor let down. A one inch side split at the bottom and the side.
