This is Promo White Label Copy, Japanese Word "Sample" are Printed on Both Labels.

Side 1 of Disc is EX-EX Minus,Side is VG Plus (Having A Hairline Like The Photo # 5) ,Sleeve is VG Plus (Having Many Small Light Brown Dot Spots Overall), Fold Out Style Insert Sheet Has Creases and Light Browned Parts Like The Listed Photos, Order Tab on Back Part of OBI Strip Has Some Small Lost Part , Tears and Creases Like The Photo # 10.

The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
