Sleeve - VG+ - No creases etc, just a bit of discolouration
Disc - Mint - not actually too sure why anyone would want to play this anyway
I can remember when this was becoming one of those holy grail items, did it exist? Has anyone got one? Still scarce and very collectable if only for the completest out there.
