DESCRIPTION: David Bowie LP- The Man Who Sold The world. Original UK release with printed inner sleeve and RCA orange labels. On Dynaflex vinyl made in USA. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: RCA LSP 4816 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1971 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK release and sleeve with USA vinyl. CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG+. Vinyl is really clean with a nice sheen and 2 very light thin hairlines when tilted to light that prevent higher visual grade but have no effect on playback. Without them the grade would be EX or better. Played this almost in its entirety today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Excellent. Music is clear, clean and loud. Cover is in nice shape. It is firm and square and has light edgewear, light cornerwear and light creasing. Inner is one of the best I have had for this LP. It is clean and white, firm and square with light wear and no splits. Nice clean labels. No writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
