Sleeve is in Very Good condition, with ring/edge wear and scuffs, no rips.
Lyric inner sleeve is in Excellent condition, with a little folding.
Vinyl in Excellent- condition with a couple of minor sleeve marks. Plays great with a little surface noise, no jumps.

P (poor), G, VG, VG+, EX-, EX, EX+, NM and M (mint).
Because of conflicting ideas about cleaning methods, I only wipe my records so I'd advise deep cleaning by your own method.
