Description
This Twin bundle includes the two vinyl albums The Trident Tapes and The Zion Tapes. The Trident tapes features many songs unreleased from rehearsals prior to the recording of Ziggy Stardust in late 1971. Some tracks later appeared as singles B- sides. The Zion Tapes features studio sessions performed for radio broadcasts dated between 1970 and 1973 It includes a rare performance of the Aladdin Sane out-take Zion (A Lad In Vain) and a duet with Lulu, a track which was later renamed Dodo but never appeared on a studio album. The sound quality of these recordings is good and they offer a great insight into the material that Bowie was demoing in the early seventies but not releasing officially.. A great collectors item. Both albums are limited coloured vinyl editions. Whilst not sealed they are mint, new and unplayed
