Description

Beautiful copy of David Bowie's first LP, from all the way back in 1967! The record has stamped matrix numbers on both sides and is in  MINT or at least NEAR MINT condition. There are no marks visible under strong light. I have not played it - and it looks unplayed. The labels are clean and free of any blemish. The LP is housed in a London Records group inner bag from the time, with ads for a number of 'Teen Beat' releases by the likes of the Rolling Stones, Moody Blues, Zombies, Marianne Faithfull and The Bachelors. This inner bag is in EX+ to NEAR MINT condition. The LP cover itself is EX+ with no writing and no stains. There is very light wear along the spine. On the back cover, two black ink stamps show that this is a 'promo copy - not for sale' and that it was once the property of the WCPC Broadcasting Co in Houston, Miss. A small date stamp is also visible - October 24, 1967. This is a beautiful copy of a rare and desirable record. Good luck! Please check out my other auctions. I am happy to offer a shipping discount for multiple purchases.
