This is the sought-after UK 1E/2E first pressing / first-cut configuration, rather than one of the numerous later pressings of the album.
VINYL CONDITION:
The vinyl retains a good gloss and visually presents well for a record of this age. There are light surface marks / hairlines visible under strong light, as shown in the photographs.
I do not have a record player, therefore the record has NOT been play tested. Condition is based on visual inspection only and I do not want to make any claims about playback quality.
SLEEVE CONDITION:
The original SF 8287 sleeve is in heavily worn condition.
There is considerable age-related wear, creasing and edge/corner wear. Most importantly, the BOTTOM SEAM IS COMPLETELY SPLIT/OPEN.
The split has deliberately been left as found and has NOT been taped or repaired.
A plain paper inner sleeve is included.
Please study all photographs carefully. I have tried to show the condition honestly, particularly the sleeve damage.
Despite the worn sleeve, this is a collectible original 1972 UK copy with the desirable BGBS 0864-1E / BGBS 0865-2E first pressing matrices.
