Description
This is your chance to bid on a mint condition, unplayed , first pressing copy of this stunning David Bowie classic.
I really do believe you will never , ever come across a better example.
Side 1:Five Years;

I bought two copies at the time of issue and only played "the other copy" which I sold a few years ago on Ebay.
This copy is onthe RCA Victor label, Catalogue number SF 8287 (4702) –
Original genuine first orange pressing with the ultra shiny, glass smooth finish.
Importantly this has the ‘Titanic Music’ credits which indicates a first pressed 1972 copy.
The inner picture / lyric sheet sleeve is also in great 1st class condition with only one corner slightly creased. It has not yellowed with age, nor are there any tears or loose edges.
Many other examples of this age have become very discoloured and some are almost an orange / brown colour. I can not imagine there are many more in such pristine condition.
The outer sleeve is in near perfect condition. There is one tiny, really tiny crease at one edge which I've tried to photograph, but it's so small I couldn't even get it on the photograph.
I pre-ordered this copy before its release so it never has a price ticket attached to the cover.
All deeply punched in block characters. Later copies were scripted and appear scratched on.
Mode / Speed: Stereo / 33.3 rpm.
