Description

Up for auction is David Bowie's s/t Mercury lp (subtitled "Man Of Words Man of Music") which contains Space Oddity. This is the original Mercury US press, stamped matrix.
Cover: Fair condition. Presentable but spine is completely split. Front cover is in 2 pieces at the gatefold. See pics for more details. Also general wear.
LP: VG/VG+. Plays with occasional light static but overall music is very strong. Side 1 has a feelable mark that produces 2 tics per revolution until the "Liftoff" part in Space Oddity when the drums kick in, and there's another feelable mark at the beginning of "Unwashed and Somewhat Slightly Dazed" that is mildly audible for a few revolutions.  Overall this is still a great copy and sound strong when played loud and the acoustic songs play well and mostly quiet.
I'll ship this anywhere in the world using the Global Shipping Program.  Thanks!
