David Bowie "Up The Hill Backwards/Crystal Japan" stock 12" single
This is a stock 12" single from 1980 on RCA PD-12149. It plays at 33 1/3 RPM. This 12" single provides the best pressing of these songs, because the grooves in the vinyl are farther apart. The A-side is from his 'Scary Monsters' album. The B-side was a Non-LP instrumental. It comes in a picture cover. This comes with a sheet of stamps. The cover says 'Bonus : contains a set of limited edition four color 'Scary Monster' stamps designed by David Bowie'. I believe this was the third US Bowie 12" single sold in stores.

The cover is mint. The vinyl looks mint and it plays mint. The labels are clean. The stamps are mint. It is in unplayed condition !

I started collecting records in 1966. I started selling in Goldmine in 1985. I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home. I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.
Packaging :
I take great care during packaging and do each one personally. I use hand cut cardboard, which is 1/2 inch thick. I always remove the record form the cover and seal them in a clear plastic record sleeve. The package will be marked in red 'Fragile Records" on both sides.
Postage :
You must pay for the postage. This package will weigh 22 ounces ( 1 pound, 6 ounces ) when ready to ship. You can figure out your own postage costs for US Priority or Media Mail. Overseas packages will be sent by First Class International ( which is now $22.50 for one or two records to Europe or Japan !!!). I will post your package through Paypal and you will get an automatic email with tracking information. There are no handling charges. I will send it as soon as you pay ( same day if before 1 PM and next day in after 1 PM, Monday through Saturday ). I will combine postage if you win more than one record. If you do win more than one record, please wait for me to send you an invoice.
