David Bowie,The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars,LP, Catalogue Number: (SF 8287), Cover Details: Standard sleeve with a Picture/lyric inner sleeve.
Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.
Record Condition: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip.
Any Other Details: Original first pressing, on the RCA record label. Matrix numbers BGBS 0864-1E & BGBS 0865-2E, the A side also has B2AS hand etched, the B side has A2AN hand etched. There are no Mainman credits on the label. This record has been listened to and on our record player it played without any jumps or sticks, it does have a couple of feelable marks on both sides, these cause some crackles and a few odd pops. The sleeve is the first pressed Robert Stace version, it does not have Mainman credits and it does have a slight rectangle on the front cover where the UK details have been pasted over the American ones. The sleeve has wear to the bottom edge, the spine has flattened a bit at the bottom half, there are several creases and a bit of a ring mark starting, there are no stains, writing or splits. Complete with its original inner sleeve which has handling creases and some age related discoloration, there are no splits or writing, a new plain white inner has been supplied
