Description

David Gilmour
 1978
 UK 1st press LP
SHVL 817 A 2U
SHVL 817 B 1U.

'Sterling'  stamped
The spine seems slightly wider than other copies but I might be imagining it.
EMI inner cover.

 EMI Factory sample.
( one on the label - one on the back cover)

The matrix on BOTH sides is etched NOT stamped.  The 'Sterling' logo is stamped-as are the following numbers
Side one additional numbers    C1 (it might not be C- ie an incomplete stamp-possibly '0' ) This is above the Sterling stamp at 7 o'clock On the right at 2 o'clock we have 0 11
Side two  on the left at 9 o'clock near the Sterling stamp is '4' Side two on the right at 2 o'clock is P and R ( again I am not sure if this is 'R' )

The record is clean. Under my ultra bright TECH LIGHT you can see very light hairlines and a few spindle traces. The cover has bit of rubbing on edges and, here and there, on the spine.

Overall it's wonderful

Recorded POSTAGE is free. (just so you know it's £4.90 )

Postage All Recorded Delivery postage is at cost. All items are extremely well packed. Postage outside of the UK is at cost for each country. I will only post Internationally if 'Signed For' is paid -which costs £5.80 on top of basic postage.
