Description
Bought new a few years back, this LP has been played only a few times and is still in the condition it arrived.
The vinyl sounds great and plays with minimal background noise (as opposed to no background noise).
Not quite perfect, as there is a seam split at the top of the robust outsize cover (see pictures). The record grooves are slightly off centre, resulting in subtle changes of pitch - not generally noticeable except at the end of side 1 where there are sustained notes played on the saxophone.
Despite these flaws it's a gorgeous package with stunning artwork, a huge double-sided poster with lyrics. The LP is substantial and the cover is extremely sturdy.
As for the music, it's an inspiring but relaxing throwback to the Dark Side of the Moon / Wish You Were Here sound of Pink Floyd in their heyday.
