MY VG+ RATINGS FALL WELL WITHIN THE FOLLOWING GOLDMINE DEFINITIONS AND GENERALLY EXCEED THESE - I DO NOT RATE RECORDS/COVERS HIGHER THAN VG+ UNLESS THE RECORD IS FACTORY SEALED VG+ IS GENERALLY MY HIGHEST GRADE - NEAR MINT ONLY APPLIES IF I AM CONVINCED THAT THE 45 HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED AND THE PICTURE SLEEVE APPEARS TO HAVE NEVER BEEN HANDLED -
VG+ records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. Minor signs of handling are OK, too, such as telltale marks around the center hole, but repeated playing has not misshapen the hole. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.
My VG+ picture sleeves do not have any split - there may be tiny upper edge tears - see images
