This are the broadcast discs for a radio show that Dave Lee Roth DJ's on the Westwood one radio network in his customary understated style!

These discs were pressed for the Westwood One Radio Network, they were distributed to their radio stations across the USA for broadcast. I have no idea how many but I would think that very few would be pressed and even fewer become available for the public.

The discs are labelled Side 1/Side 4 - Side 2/ Side 5 and Side 3/Side 6. I believe that this is so that the DJ's in the various stations could cue up the next part and not have to pause while flipping over the disc!

 I have only played this once or twice (I thought I was buying a live concert LP) more than twenty years ago so I cannot remember the track listings. As I recall he played tracks from "Eat 'Em and Smile"  (his new LP at the time) - I think these included California Girls, Yankee Rose and Tobacco Road , some Van Halen, I'm Pretty sure Jump, Beautiful Girls and Dance the Night Away were played  plus a number of other classic tracks from the 60's through to the 80's.  I also think that his Eat 'Em and Smile band were also present (Steve Vai, Billy Sheehan and Greg Bisonette).  Please don't hold me to the names of the tracks if they are not there, as I said, I've only heard this a couple of times and not for many years.  I've searched the net for a list of tracks but cannot find one. If anyone has a list of tracks played then please feel free to send them to me and I'll include them.

This is a very rare record of a classic broadcast, these discs rarely come up for sale. This is a must have for any Van Halen, David Lee Roth or Classic Rock fan... so bid the house :) .

All records are from my personal collection and have been housed in my attic for the past 20 years. All have been played however I do not have the capability to play, or clean, records anymore so condition is based on visual inspection only and any memory I have of the playability. Most of my LPs were bought roughly beween 1976 and 1986. In a lot of cases they would have been bought as soon as they were released so many will be first presses. I do not have the time to list all the matrix numbers but will respond to requests for this information.

If I have there are any errors in my details (especially regarding First Press/ Matrix Numbers) please let me know and I will correct. If I state a record is first press I will always include the matrix numbers so any potential buyers will have all the information they need to decide whether this information is correct.

As I guide I rate the records approximately as follows..
Mint - Immaculate No visible marks.
Excellent A few Light Surface Marks Only They should not be audible.
Very Good - A number of light surface marks - should be inaudble, although some crackle is possible during quieter passages.
Good. One or two heavier marks that may be audible.
OK - One or two heavier scratches that will probably click or jump.
Poor - Sold as seen, multiple scratches - possibly only worth having as a collection filler.

** I have never understood the proliference of numbers on some albums therefore I have used what I believe is the most obvious one. If you need any more information regarding this please email me.

I am unaware if this is still the situation If you purchase any LPs from me I will give you the option of tracked delivery which willa add approx £5.00 to the delivery charge. If you decide against this and just use the standard delivery method then you do so at your own risk

My auctions usually finish on a Sunday evening, I usually dispatch on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays. I get a certificate of posting for all items. If your purchase exceeds £50 then I will send via registered mail unless you specifically request me not to. If your total exceeds £50 then please wait for me to inform you of revised postage costs before payment.

Contact must be made within three days of the end of the auction end. Payment must be recieved within ten days, unless other arrangements have been agreed.

If there is no response or payment within three days I will send a reminder. If after ten days no payment has been recieved then I will file a dispute with eBay.

Returns will only be made if contact is made within 14 days of delivery and if the fault is not mentioned in the item description.
