I only grade mint on new sealed Lp’s that have no damage to seal, bends, creases, stains, or fading as older sealed Lp’s can some times be. I try to grade conservatively and honestly.
Please examine pics of actual item carefully. Seal has small tear in outer plastic. Barely noticeable. No damage fading see pic very small spot, no scratches or fading in the one spot or any spot on this Lp. Lp has been stored in plastic outer cover, in ideal conditions for care of Lp’s. Album cover sleeve all original within brand new sealed packaging. Mint condition.
