Description

Rare original LP - "Flowers for Albert" - Original release on the India Navigation Label.

Performed by David Murray (Saxophone), Phillip Wilson (Drums), Olu Dara (trumpet) and Fred Hopkins (Bass)

Recorded June 26, 1976 - LP released in 1976. A stunning tribute to Albert Ayler by one of the greatest tenor saxophonists on the planet.

LP cover is in VG++: All seams and spine are fully intact with no splits. Small amount of shelf wear keeping this from a near mint grade.

Lp is in NM- condition. Stunning. Beautiful shiny full luster vinyl. Record plays perfectly.

Cleaned on a VPI record cleaning machine.

All records shipped in LP mailers with inserts. Record is removed from the jacket and placed in an audiophile inner sleeve. Record and cover are placed in a super-clear Japanese resealable outer sleeve.

A few notes: I DO NOT use the "EX" rating. I use NM and VG+ : anything that does not meet these collectible grades will not be listed by me! My VG+ records will give explanations for the grading and are ALWAYS play graded! My VG+ usually amount to what other people list as NM- or EX.
