The LP is in EX condition. Side one has a few pops/ticks and a possible very quiet 2 rev tick, but it was so quiet I wasn't certain about it. On side two there are one or two pops/ticks, and a short passage of faint surface noise. I heard one short, quiet repetitive tick in the Swan of Tuonela. The cover is in EX condition. Mostly clean and shiny, with just some superficial marks/creases and a slight amount of ageing, most noticeably the ring colour mark on the front.
A very fine performance of the Sibelius Concerto by David Oistrakh which sounds really great on this record.
This LP comes from a large collection of records owned by a retired music professor that I am selling on his behalf. I do not grade the records visually, I listen to them in their entirety and try to give as accurate description of the condition as I can.
On request I am also happy to use a courier service for orders over 2kg which may well be more economical. I will always try to find the best option available, but please ask straight away if you would like to do this.
Please note, I would appreciate payment within 4 days. Owing to my work schedule, the longer I have to wait for payment the more complicated it gets for me to send items on time as I travel a lot. It also makes life a lot easier for me if I only have to make one trip to the post office to post all sold items at the same time.
