ALL consignments will be normally be sent via Royal Mail or other courier services. You can also collect the items(s) in person, or organise your own courier to collect the item(s). If you organise your own courier there will be a minimum charge of £1.50 to cover the cost of the packaging materials. The actual postage and packaging charge for additional LPs will be based on the overall weight of the consignment. I don't make any profit on postage. I only charge what it costs to pack the item properly and post it but this is not just the cost of the stamps. International consignments are restricted to the Royal Mail maximum Air Mail weight limit of 2kg (approximately 6 to 7 single LPs). Consignments with a total value of £100.00 or more may be split to minimise the risk of loss or damage in transit. By bidding on this item you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to all the above terms. Single consignments exceeding 2kg to non-UK destinations will be VERY expensive. A few very approximate examples of costs are shown below but these are NOT exact prices. I can only give you an exact price once I know the total weight and value of the consignment.

All items are shipped in high quality, industry standard mailers with additional stiffening as required. Boxed sets are reinforced internally to prevent any damage that could be caused by crushing in transit. This does add to the weight and to the packaging cost but is the only way to ensure that they arrive intact. All LP's, EP's and 45's are thoroughly cleaned on a Keith Monks record cleaning machine (as used by the BBC) prior to despatch. LP Record (Boxed set) grading Grade Record Box (and outer sleeves) NM The records have no visible surface marks and play without any background noise. The box and any outer sleeves are as new with no creases or discoloration. EX+ The records may have one or two very light surface marks, however these marks do not cause any problems and all records play without any background noise. The labels may have one or two light spindle marks. The box may have very minor corner and edge wear. Any outer sleeves may have one or two small creases and/or there may be some slight discoloration. EX One or more of the records may have one or two light surface marks. There may be occasional light background noise and/or one or two very light pops or clicks during play. The labels may have a few light spindle marks. The box may have some corner, edge and surface wear. Any outer sleeves may have a few small creases and there may be some slight discoloration due to the age of the item. EX- One or more of the records may have a few light surface marks. There may be some occasional light background noise and/or some occasional light pops or clicks during play. The labels may have a number of light spindle marks. The box will have overall wear and may have one or more corners split. Any outer sleeves will have a few creases. There will probably be some discoloration and the edges of the sleeves may be a little tatty. With laminated sleeves there may be some laminate lift or a small section of laminate missing from the front of a sleeve. VG+ The records have been played many times and will have a few surface marks. There will be some background noise and/or some occasional pops or clicks during play. The labels will have many spindle marks. The box will have overall wear and tear and may have one or more corners split. Any outer sleeves will have creases, together with edge and corner wear. There will be some discoloration and the edges of the sleeve may be a little tatty with one or two small tears. With laminated sleeves there will probably be some laminate lift and/or some missing laminate. VG The records have been played many times and will have a number of surface marks. There will be some background noise and/or pops or clicks during play.The labels will have noticeable spindle marks and wear to the spindle hole. The box will have overall wear and tear and may have all corners split. Any outer sleeves will have many creases, together with edge and corner wear. There will be discoloration and the edges of the sleeve will be tatty with a few small tears. With laminated sleeves the laminate may be coming away or have a large section missing. A small section of one or more sleeves may be missing (eg part of a flipback). VG- The records have been played many times and will have many surface marks. There may be constant background noise and/or some significant pops and clicks during play. The record could also have small, but more serious marks that cause the stylus to jump during play. The labels will have noticeable spindle marks and may have tears, there will be noticeable wear to the spindle hole . The box will have considerable wear and may have all corners split and some other damage. Any outer sleeves will be very creased, and will have significant edge and corner wear, possibly spine or seam splits. There may be discoloration and the edges of the sleeve may be tatty with a few tears. With laminated sleeves the laminate will probably be coming away or have a very large section missing. There may also be a small to medium size piece of the sleeve missing. The following grades will only be used for extremely rare items and a detailed description of the exact condition will be provided. G Good Good F Fair Fair P Poor Poor B Bad Bad All gradings are visual unless otherwise stated. Original inner sleeves will be used wherever possible. Where the original inner sleeve is missing or damaged it will be replaced with an alternative. I don't ever knowingly sell records that jump or skip unless this is clearly stated in the description. All flaws such as significant damage, warping, foxing, jumps, sticks, sticker removal tears, library stamps, writing on sleeve or labels will be detailed in the description. Please bear in mind that you are buying a second-hand item that could be up to 60 years old, so don't assume that it will be in perfect condition unless this is very clearly stated.
