Description
This is an original vintage hard to find sealed 1972 rock LP record by David Peel & The Lower East Side titled: "The Pope Smokes Dope" produced by John Lennon & Yoko Ono. This scarce lp is on the Apple Record Label #3391. Condition is vintage factory sealed old store stock. There is a 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" shrink wrap tear with piece missing in the upper right corner area. There are small shrink tears to all 4 corners. They are all less than 1/2" each. The one on the bottom right is 1/2" and there is some where to that corner tip. The bottom left is 3/8" with wear to that corner tip. The top 2 are 1/8" or less and have some darkening to those corner tips. There is a price sticker in the upper left corner shrink wrap of the back cover. There is a 1/4" shrink wrap tear along the center spine area and the white of the cover has darkened slightly. There are no tears, splits, stickers, writing or cut out holes to the cover. Please see photo. This is a very nice & scarce LP to add to your collection, especially in this great unused condition!
