Description
David S. Ware Trio, "Passage To Music" (Silkheart Records SHLP 110). Excellent 1988 original European import album by the great jazz sax man. On this LP, Mr. Ware also plays two rare reed instruments closely associated with Rahsaan Roland Kirk -- the stritch and the manzello. Both the cover and the vinyl are Mint-minus. I only give a Mint grade to sealed items, but the vinyl is pristine, squeaky-clean, and looks to be unplayed. Sight graded. Strict grading. The supporting cast is William Parker (bass) and Marc Edwards (drums). This album was issued around the time LPs were being phased out, so it's HARD-TO-FIND in the vinyl format -- or any format, frankly.
