Description

Blemish is the sixth solo album by David Sylvian. It is experimental in its use of electronics and sound. It features avant-garde guitarist Derek Bailey, and Austrian guitarist and electronic musician Fennesz. The album was released in May 2003, and documents the disintegration of Sylvian's relationship with his wife, Ingrid Chavez.

UK & US Limited Edition Vinyl Album.

Recorded in February and March 2003 at Samadhi Sound Studio. Derek's session engineered at The Moat. Mastered at half-speed at Metropolis Mastering.

Limited edition of 2000 copies in gatefold sleeve and printed inner sleeve, pressed on heavy audiophile quality vinyl, December 2003 in the UK. Track B6 does not appear on the CD version.
