Description

Thirty years old... I can remember quite clearly the day I purchased a UK pressing on release. It was (and is) a stunning release and arguably Sylvian's most accessible albeit 'Gone to Earth' had pretty much finished off Sylvian's draw to the general public. The hi-fi quality was superb on my Systemdek IIX, although later on better equipment I came to realise the lower octave had been mastered out and a little de-esser should have been applied to David's voice.

My next listings are Japanese pressings of 'Gone to Earth', 'Alchemy' and 'Brilliant Trees'.

Please check out my excellent feedback and if you have any queries then please do not hesitate to ask.
