Description

Davy Graham + Shirley Collins - Folk Roots, New Routes LP ( + Insert )

Decca - LK 4652
(Original UK pressing)
1965
Condition :- Cover looks (Excellent Plus) >> The laminated textured front of the sleeve is very well looked after and not rubbed, it is truly in lovely condition. A couple of very light lamination creases on the front of the sleeve, but very minimum as the photo shows, Amazing. The back of the cover is very nice, not even ring-wear either. Just a small remnant of a name written in blue biro-pen which looks to have been rubbed out very well on the top-left corner. This is the best I have personally seen. Also what makes this extra-special, is it has an Insert. Now what not many people may realize, but not that many of this particular LP was ever released with an insert. Not sure why that is, but that does make this original extra-special
Condition :- Vinyl Record looks (Mint Minus) >>  Incredible !! Only a few spindle marks near the centre hole of the label on both sides, but the vinyl more than makes up for that. It's hard to find these sorts of LP's on Decca from 1965 by Davy Graham anywhere near as good as this. I would say, this is about the best you could find. No scratches, No marks, No nothing, very shiny

__________________________________________________________________________ <<<< (IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ) >>>>
(1) ** All the Vinyl's I sell/auction are visually strictly graded by myself under bright bulb-light in my house. NOT graded under sun-light!! **
(2) ** The condition grading I use are either - Mint > Mint Minus > Excellent Plus > Excellent > Excellent Minus > Very Good Plus > Very Good, etc.. I do NOT use the USA Goldmine grading system - which doesn't use Excellent grading, as their grading system jumps down from Mint Minus to a Very Good Plus, as you'll notice on Discogs site. I am a UK seller from England, and I use the UK Record Collector Price Guide grading system. **
(3) ** Any VAT/TAX which countries in the European Union (EU) and the Rest Of The World have to pay on items bought from UK sellers (such as myself) - Must be paid. Please don't ask me to break the law by undervaluing any item I am selling/auctioning on Ebay, just so you can escape paying VAT/TAX, as the answer will be NO (with absolutely NO exceptions). Also, I have to insure each Vinyl record when posting them to the buyers, so it has to state the full price in order to validate any claim I may have to make if it got lost, stolen or damaged, which protects both myself and the buyers. The way in which VAT/TAX collection for importation/exportation of items sold through Ebay has changed, due to recent laws. ** __________________________________________________________________________
All the records will be sent by (Royal mail Special delivery) in the UK and (Royal mail International Tracked & Signed For) for countries in the EU and the rest of the world. Also I parcel up the records very well with non-bendable strong packaging and two cardboard stiffeners. Cruciform style packaging which will protect the record properly. I never use those bendable envelopes. I know how important that is to collectors, and I also separate the vinyl in it's inlay sleeve from the cover and place it on top of the cover when posting it, which also prevents damage to the cover. __________________________________________________________________________
