PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A REALLY NICE COMPLETE COPY OF AN ORANGE COVER FIRST PRESSING!  THE COVER, VINYL and 2-SIDED POSTER ARE ALL IN VERY GOOD+ CONDITION! 

THIS IS THE ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING WITH THE ORANGE COVER! 

First US pressing by IRS with orange cover and black letters. Original band photo on the back. Comes with a b/w foldout poster. Police Truck is an extra track. 

This cover variation was not authorized by the band. After its withdrawal, it was re-released later that year, with standard black cover and yellow letters. 
THERE ARE NO PUNCH HOLES, CUT-OUT CLIPS OR PROMO CLIPS.  

PLAY TESTED! I RECENTLY PLAYED THIS LP AND IT SOUNDS AWESOME! But you may hear surface noise typical with a VERY GOOD+ grading.

Up for sale is one(1) Dead Kennedys - Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables 1981 LP with the original folded 6 panel POSTER. ORIGINAL PRESSING LP (NO BARCODE) from 1981 on Cherry Red Records / I.R.S. Records (#SP 70014). THE POSTER IS DOUBLE SIDED. 

The Vinyl is in VERY GOOD+ condition with typical wear from age that may cause surface noise typical with a VERY GOOD+ grading. Even with a VERY GOOD+ grading there may be a certain amount of surface noise. More noticeable during the quiet parts.   

Nice, clean labels with minor spindle marks. 

The cover is in VERY GOOD+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, creases, crumples, ring wear, dings, minor fraying along the side opening, fading, staining, etc... There are no split seams. I AM GRADING THIS FLIMSY COVER AS VERY GOOD+ CONDITION, SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS COVER BECAUSE THIS FLIMSY COVER DOESN'T AGE WELL! 
This flimsy cover typically doesn't age well, but this one is in VERY GOOD+ shape! (for this flimsy cover)

The LP comes in a plain inner sleeve. 

The folded 6 panel Double-Sided Poster is in VERY GOOD+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, creases, crumples, ring wear, dings, minor wear along the edges, etc... I don't beleive this poster was ever displayed or hung as there are no rips, tears, pin holes or tapes. THERE IS A VERY SMALL TEAR AT THE TOP MIDDLE SEAM THAT IS TYPICAL WITH AGE.  (please see pics)
I obtained this LP in the Early 1980s. It was gently played back in the day. Not played in many years until recently.
