- 500 copies pressed on pink w/ orange and blue splatter vinyl.
- Relapse Mailorder exclusive deluxe box set with the remastered Leprosy album and a second LP of unreleased rehearsal material from the Leprosy sessions. The second LP is housed in an exclusive reverse spot-gloss jacket with the DEATH logo and original flyer art. Box set also includes an exact replica of the original Combat newspaper print LP insert, a Leprosy cover art slipmat, and a download code for the special 3xCD reissue from Relapse.

If items are damaged in shipping please hold onto the packaging materials, take photos of the damaged item and exterior packaging. You can file the claim through USPS or send the photos to us when you contact us about the damage and we will file the claim.
