Decca LXT 2951-53 - Original Orange / Gold Labels - Original Non-Laminated Flipback Jackets - Bach - Three Sonatas and Three Partitas for unaccompanied Violin - Sonata No. 1 in G Minor - Partita No. 1 in B Minor - Sonata No. 2 in A Minor - Partita No. 2 in D Minor - Emil Telmanyi (Violin - using the "Vega" Bach Bow) - No Stereo Issue - ULTRA RARE AS COMPLETE SET, IN ANY CONDITION (MONO CARTRIDGE RECOMMENDED) - *** EXTREMELY RARE ***
Condition:
Records are in the following conditions:
- Disc 1 is in G Condition - Visually very clean surfaces (no background surface noise) - However there is a 'fast' warp at the disc edge which causes skips for the 1st 1/3 of Band 1, Side 1 and 1st 1/4 of Band 1, Side 2 (Hence G grade) - Rest of the disc plays superb EX
- Disc 2 is in EX Condition - Very clean
- Disc 3 is in VG++ Condition - Some background surface noise and ticks towards the start of Band 1, Side 1 - Some occasional light background surface noise and random ticks during playback
TESTED: Pierre Clément H4L6 Turntable & Tonearm / Pierre Clément E25B Mono Cartridge
Jackets are in the following conditions:
- Jacket 1 is in EX Condition - Scuff marks around edges - See scan
- Jacket 2 is in EX- Condition - Seam splits on bottom and spine edges - Section of bottom flipback is missing - See scan
- Jacket 3 is in VG+ Condition - Tape marks & tear on front (repaired) - See scan
