Decca Records stereo two disc boxed set SET 333-4, grooved wideband label discs have "Made in England By..." text at the upper left. First label for this issue. Did not come with ED1 "Original Recording By" labels. Pressed in England. Stampers are 1W 2W 2W 2W.
