Description

This is a very early 1st pressing (ED1) of this particular recording, identified by the centre label that reads 'ORIGINAL RECORDING BY' around the rim at 11 o'clock, a wide silver band across the label (just above the centre) and a circular groove approximately 1 cm in from the edge of the label (wideband with groove: WbG).  
The matrix numbers on the runouts are: ZAL 4075/6-1E.  
Also, on the rear of the laminated jacket, the text is framed by a blue border and is the earliest version of the jacket.
The disc is housed in a period poly-lined Decca printed inner sleeve.
The album will be supplied in a protective PVC wallet (with disc removed from jacket) and posted in a commercial Defenda LP mailer made of corrugated cardboard.
Condition of Disc I have conservatively graded the disc as 'Excellent' (Record Collector grading system).  There are faint signs of spindle wear.  After wiping the disc carefully with a damp cloth, I have listened to extracts and it plays beautifully.
Condition of Jacket I have conservatively graded the jacket as 'Good'.  The flimsy cardboard shows clear shelf/handling/ring wear and the laminate is lifting in several places.  At the top opening edge, there is a small tear (5mm) at and at the opening edge there is some loss of colour.
