I am listing 16 records tonight. They are all from the same estate and I do not believe they have been offered for sale or auction before. I am listing records that are all hopefully interesting to audiophiles and lovers of classical music, I could not find a few online so some may be rare. I have done my best to describe them and have spent the last three days preparing the auctions. I have not cleaned any of them so they may need a gentle dust off before playing. I have examined each wearing gloves and under bright light - when I had to I would play and listen to either a whole album or parts with a clean needle. I have included many images of each lot but if you have any questions or requests please just let me know. I will do what I can on my end to answer any questions. I can combine to some extent with shipping but I will want to pack them well. I understand that with records condition is everything so I will do everything I can to assure that they arrive as they are now. I will be able to send them out three to four days after the auctions end. If I can I will send them sooner but most likely it will be 4 days after. Album Title - Grieg Peer Gynt Incidental music to Ibsen's play Oivin Fjeldstad conducting The London Symphony Orchestra Maker and id - Stereophonic The Decca Record Company Limited London England / SXL 2012 (SXL2012) Matrix #'s - side 1 - ce ca zal-3901-2e side 2 - ca zal-3902-2e Cover Condition - Very clean and bright looking. Tips have some rubbing with lower right corner tip missing - just the very small extreme tip of that corner. Very upper right corner has heavier rubbing. Tiny nick or closed tear (very small) at far left edge.The left edge has some laminate lfiting but just a little at rear but otherwise rear looks quite sharp too. Inner Sleeve - original Decca sleeve. sharp Record Condition - Both side 1 and side 2 are gorgeous. I can barely detect any - even slighest - flaw. Maybe the slighest signs of being put in and out of sleeve - I believe record is Near Mint. Really sharp. notes - Notes by Robert Boas. Cover illustration by Arthur Rackham.
