Description
Original UK Decca SXL 2091 stereo LP featuring Manuel de Falla – Nights in the Gardens of Spain with Gonzalo Soriano (piano) and Joaquín Rodrigo – Guitar Concerto performed by Narciso Yepes, accompanied by the National Orchestra of Spain conducted by Ataulfo Argenta. The vinyl is graded VG+, showing visible surface marks consistent with use but retaining strong playback quality typical of Decca pressings. The video shows about 25 seconds of light clicks at the very start. These go and then everything else is in EX condition.
The original picture sleeve is also VG+, with noticeable age toning, edge wear, and handling marks but no splits. Labels display “Original Recording By” and Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound, indicating an early first press stereo issue. A well-regarded Spanish classical recording on Decca, sought after for both performance and sound quality.
