Description
First U.K. Decca pressing (wide band grooved edition 1) of Ravel's Daphnis et Chloe complete ballet with Pierre Monteux conducting The London Symphony Orchestra. Vinyl retains a lovely shine and visually there is only one (non-sounding) very small and very superficial scratch evident on side 1. Playback is excellent on both sides. Both labels are free from writing and remain in excellent condition. The outer sleeve exhibits no rips or tears just the lightest of creasing and some age related discoloration. Please note that the front cover retains its original pricing sticker that I have not attempted to remove and there is a nearly invisible pinprick hole through the sleeve in its top right hand corner (see photos). The record comes with its original poly-lined inner sleeve which is not torn but is creased and also exhibits some age related discoloration.
