Description

       Decca SXL 2234 ED1 Wide Band  BACH & HANDEL Arias  Kathleen FERRIER, Sir Adrian BOULT  & London Philharmonic 1960 first press of 1952 performances.

 One of many quality ORIGINAL classical recordings MAINLY UK FIRST PRESSINGS I will be listing over the coming days all from a SUPERB ONE OWNER COLLECTION purchased new in the "Golden Age"  1950s-60s. I have acquired the collection direct from the gentleman's widow - they were bought from new, mostly PLAYED ONCE on highest quality equipment and recorded on reel to reel and then ARCHIVED away. Hence most of the vinyl  in this collection is  unmarked and just like new.  I will point out any flaws (should there be any) as I individually list each one.  

This one is DECCA SXL 2234 Wide Band (ED1 label - "Original Recording" at 10 O' clock), (1960) 8/60  on rear cover, 1e & 1e matrix.   Original liner sleeve in super condition. The labels are in excellent condition.  Outer sleeve is excellent with just a couple of laminate creases.  The vinyl looks near mint, looking like only been played one or two times MAXIMUM.  Without the laminate flaws this would grade near mint.
