Description

Sibelius: violin concerto in D minor, op.47 / Tchaikovsky: Serenade Melancolique, op.26 / Scherzo from "Souvenir d'un lieu cher", op.42, no.2. Ruggiero Ricci plays violin. London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Oivin Fjeldstad. Superb performance !!!
Label: Decca SXL 2077. 2E/1K stampers. Halfmoon flipbacks, no blue border back. The vinyl of this first edition (ED1), "original recording" at 10 o'clock, wideband grooved UK stereo LP is excellent (there's a pressing mark on both sides of vinyl that plays with some soft pops for about 60 seconds on both sides and there are three harmless hairlines only). Comes in original Decca FFSS innersleeve. VERY RARE !!!
