Description

This is an Early Decca (ED2) pressing dated 1963.  Printed on the centre label at 11 o'clock are the words "MADE IN ENGLAND BY" . Above the centre hole is a wide silver band and about 1cm in from the edge of the label is a circular groove (wideband with groove: WBg).  
The matrix numbers on the run-outs are: ZAL-6135-1G & ZAL-6136-2G
The sleeve is laminated on the front, and on the back there are sleevenotes by Erik Smith dated 1964.    The inner sleeve is poly-lined period Decca printed paper.
The programme features Kyril Kondrashin conducting the Moscow Philharmonic with soloists Igor Oistrakh (violin) & David Oistrakh (viola) in two pieces by Mozart:
Sinfonia concertante for violin, viola & orchestra. K.364 Duo for violin , viola & orchestra. K. 423

The disc will be supplied in a 40g protective PVC sleeve and posted in a commercial Defenda LP mailer made of corrugated cardboard (no charge for these).
Condition of Disc The disc is glossy with minor signs of spindle wear (or "squirreling") around the centre hole.  It plays beautifully with some low-level crackle in places that disappears after wiping the record with a damp cloth.  On each side there is a single faint non-sounding scuff mark about 2cm long.  I have conservatively graded the disc as VG+ (Record Collector grading system). 
Condition of Sleeve There is only minor shelf/handling/ring wear.  Graded "Excellent"
