I'm trying my grading strictly, accurately, correctly and conservatively (I hope so).

my Grading System:
m : (ss) only for sealed records
m-: open but unplayed
nm : only the slighest signs of use if any
ex : a little more sings of use, might have minor scuffs or scratches but nothing bad ~ here and there slight background noise is possible
vg+ : normal wear with normal scratches and scuffs, plays well with some surface noise (tics or crackle)
vg : even mor surface wear, scratche and scuffs
+ and - are degrees of the above
