Condition:

Record is in EX+ Condition - A few light, superficial, non-sounding surface scuffs on the disc - some very slight background surface noise at the start of Band 1, Side 1 - 3 ticks 2/3 into Band 1, Side 1 - otherwise Near Mint playback - a really clean copy!
