Description

‘The Decca Sound - Mono Years’ - limited edition (of 2000) 6 LP box set. This set includes six recordings from Decca’s earliest high fidelity history. These recordings are presented in 180g vinyl pressings and include a newly written booklet detailing the history behind the Decca Sound from this period. The LPs included are Stravinsky’s Petrouchka, Beethoven’s Sixth Symphony Pastoral, Britten’s Four Sea Interludes + The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra, Albeniz’s Iberia backed by Turina’s Danzas Fabtasticas, Lalo’s Namouna Ballet Suites, and Rachmaninov’s Sonata in G minor for cello and piano.


Vinyl has never been played.


Overall in great condition!


Slight signs of wear and tear as pictured - minimal!
