Thank you for visiting my auction for the exceptionally rare Deena Webster LP 'Tuesday's Child' from 1968. Catalogue number PCS 7052. Stereo.
This record is in an overall lovely condition and doesn't look as though it has had much play over the years. There are however some surface hairline surface marks on the B-side that the buyer needs to be aware of and I have done my best to highlight these in the photographs, so please make sure that you take time to take a look at all of the photos.
I bought this LP from the family of a man who had recently passed away, but who had been a bit of a hoarder throughout his life who would just buy the entire selection of new releases for that week in his record store, listen once (or not at all) and then file them away in record boxes. You will notice from the photos that there are no obvious spindle marks, so I don't think that this LP has had much play over the years.
The A-Side of the record I would describe as being in EX condition, whilst it is the B-side that has the light surface marks so I would describe this side as VG condition. I have listened to the album through, and it plays lovely throughout, and those hairline marks do not affect play of the record and I am unable to pick up any audible clicks as they are passed over in the grooves. The sleeve does have storage wear but is in one piece with no seam splits and I would describe this as being in EX- condition.
I will ensure that this record is despatched (as I always do) in professional packaging along with stiffeners to ensure that the item arrives with the winning bidder in the same condition that it leaves me.
All of my items are from my own collection which are stored in a smoke and pet free home.
