Description
Deep Purple
Pop Spectacular Featuring Deep Purple In Concert
1974 Original BBC Transcription Disc - hardly ever come up for sale!!!
Quadrophonic Lp
BBC Transcription Services, CN 2096/SQ
Live set featuring 6 tracks, 5 being from the 'Burn' album, and 1 from 'Machine Head'
The record is visually VG. Has something strange to the surface, like a slight haze or something from being in a dirty cardboard sleeve all its life (I have now ultrasonically cleaned it and placed in a new poly-lined inner).
Does play with some light crackle in parts and quite a few clicks/ticks throughout. So I can't grade more than G+. But not a bad listen if like me you're not a fussy listener.
**If you saw the previous time I auctioned this, you may remember I said there were some skips on the talking intro - turns out it was an issue with my turntable, which I've since fixed. The record no longer skips.**
The sleeve is VG
