Deep Purple - Machine Head - 1973 West German Press - EX/EX.


Early (1973) German re-issue of the classic Deep Purple LP originally released in 1972.


This version has “made in Germany” stampers in dead wax and on labels but a UK made laminated gatefold sleeve (with made in West Germany) sticker added.


The vinyl is in VG+ condition with only very very minor light hair lines, etc. Plays through without any major issues but does have sone minor deterioration of sound. There is some light crackle on run ins and spaces between tracks. Still a very nice playing copy and the crackle cannot be heard over 99% of the record.


The sleeve is EX+ with nothing to note really. No obvious signs of wear.


No insert with this unfortunately and it has a replacement inner sleeve.


Overall a really nice sounding and good looking copy!
