US 1972 Press "No Stereo Variation" on label

I have play sampled the record on my Pioneer turntable. (See Video)
EX Vinyl - No noise when needle touches dead wax or between tracks.
Labels and vinyl are clean. Just a few marks or scuffs, but no scratches.
Actually plays great - would call it just about near mint if no scuffs were present.
Gatefold cover is VG+. Some general surface rubbing/wear and minor ring wear along back. Some edge wear. But cover shows great and still has nice color!
Has original foldout sheet with lyrics. No rips or tears.
Comes with original Warner Bros. inner sleeve, slight separation in bottom of inner sleeve. Record will be shipped in antic static sleeve.
I think Buyer will be very happy with this record!!
Comes from smoke free climate controlled home.
