Deep Purple Powerhouse G1/G1 Test Pressing + Proof Sleeve UK LP Very Rare

Ultra Rare True White Label Test pressing with impossible to find proof sleeve.
This listing is for the very first set of vinyl and sleeve issued for this album, it came well before any standard albums were made, it came before any promotional albums were made as well.
The purpose of a Test Pressing and Proof sleeve were generally to be given to the management team or band to give their aproval of the music mix and sleeve design.
If they were given the ok the record company would then make up promo LP's (Factory Sample) versions and complete picture sleeves.
It should not be ignored how hard it is to find the very first of all the first pressings, G1/G1 stampers are very rare.

I have played the record through both sides and the audio is Great, there are some light crackles in between the tracks and on occasions through some of the music but it is not obtrusive and is much more noticeable at the end of the sides.
There are 2 or 3 spindle traces on the A side and none on the B side suggesting very few plays.
I would visually grade both sides as Near mint although the playback is not of the standard that a similar looking record from the late 60's or early 70's would have been..
This is the first time this record has been played for at least 30 years so may perform even better with a deep clean.
The sleeve is unique because it has the flaps extended top and bottom so it is about an inch bigger than a normal sleeve and due to this it is creased. Under normal circumstances this would be graded as good but please remember this could be the only one still in existence.
Please do not assume this is just a standard sleeve that has some apart, both front and back panels have the fold over section needed to secure the sleeve top and bottom, standard sleeves only have this on one side.
The inner sleeve with "Care of your Record" and "Important Notice" is in good condition with some wear to the bottom seam, however I have a much better one that I have included along with the original so you still get the complete package.

This item has been carefully archived stored in a temperature controlled environment.
All of our records are posted with care and polythene sleeve for protection, we always remove the vinyl from the sleeve to prevent seam splits unless the item is new and sealed.
When posted we use professional packaging to ensure there is no damage caused during transit.
